Loving homage to the fine principles of film noir by Ernie Kovacs(who was a huge influence of Monty python, and therefore subsequent comedy shows). The cat, the eyes, the beautiful, deliberate cranes.. this is more cinema to treasure. How was tv so good in 1961?
